How does booking work?
Tell us your date, venue, headcount, and vibe, then choose a package or request a custom build. We send a transparent quote within 1–2 business days, including COIs, logistics plan, and a layout sketch if needed. A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance is due 5 business days prior. We recommend booking 2–8 weeks in advance, but we can accommodate rush requests within 7 days when inventory allows.

How much does it cost and what fees should we expect?
Packages typically range from $1,800–$6,500 depending on duration, headcount, and add-ons. Your quote includes practitioner compensation, equipment, on-site coordination, and our marketplace fee—no hidden charges. Optional integrations like Eventbrite RSVP or digital calm kits are add-ons. For multi-day conferences or recurring corporate programs, we offer contracted pricing.
What do you need from our venue?
A footprint starting at 10' x 12' for small setups (larger for lounges), standard power for diffusers and gentle lighting, reasonable noise control for meditations, and 60–90 minutes for load-in. If there’s elevator or dock access, please advise. Outdoor activations may require shade and weather contingency. We provide a simple tech and layout checklist to share with your venue team.
Are practitioners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every practitioner is background-checked, reference-verified, trained in inclusive and trauma-informed facilitation, and carries active liability insurance. We issue venue-ready COIs and manage waivers when appropriate. We also maintain W-9s and service agreements for procurement compliance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice with a 50% deposit to reserve your date and the remaining balance due 5 business days prior. We accept ACH and bank wire (preferred), corporate checks, and credit/debit cards via secure link. Card payments incur a 3% processing fee; ACH/wire have no fee. For approved enterprise/procurement teams, we can accept POs and extend Net-15/Net-30 terms. We’ll provide W-9, COI, and any vendor onboarding details you require. All pricing is in USD; applicable taxes are added based on venue location.
Can kids or pets attend?
For most meditations and sound baths, we recommend participants be 12+ due to attention and sound sensitivity; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have guardian consent. For family-focused events, we can adapt with shorter sessions and lower volume. For safety and allergy considerations, pets are not permitted—ADA-defined service animals are always welcome. If animals will be onsite (e.g., office dogs or outdoor venues), please let us know so we can adjust layout, essential oils, and sound levels accordingly.
